Main Event WSOP: 5 French way to Day 7

Day 6 Main Event World Series of Pokers has just ended and as every day since its launch has reduced the field of participants even further, from 205 to 78 survivors.
 
Of the eight French departure yesterday, they are now only five to be eligible for world championship poker: David Benyamine, Damian Lewis, Nicolas Babel, Peter Gabriel Nassif and Canali.
 
They are therefore inclined to have three lights on during the day marked by the elimination of the legendary double world champion, Johnny Chan. The first post was eliminated by Michael Master 137th position. Then came the turn of Toulouse Oliver Daeninckx, 125th for $ 57,102 in prize money.
 
The worst at the end of Day 6, is undoubtedly the winner of the Poker Tour 2009. Eliminated late in the day, Jean Pasqualini fall when his 93rd place (in pre-flop) meets a poor man (on a board: kiss: /. His lack of success on the last hand he still wins $ 67,422.
 
Of the survivors, Luis Damien has the largest French carpet, but still significantly below the average at about 2.8 million.
 
Topping the list is the Danish Theo Jorgensen recently won the WPT Grand PrixParis which occupies the head of chip leader with 9,300,000 in chips.
 
In second position is also found another big name in poker, the Michael Mizrachi really in top form since the start of the competition, remember the beginning of June he won $50,000!
 
The Grinder have 7.5 million in chips, ahead of such pros Kostritsyn Alexander, Matt Afleck, William Thorson , David Baker, Bryn Kenney, Johnny Lodden, Scott Clements, Hasan Habib, Tony Dunst, Jean-Robert Bellande and Peter Jetten still racing.
 
With just more than two days to play in the Main Event before reaching the final table, Mizrachi be regarded as one of the favorites to be part of the November 2010. His experience of major international tournaments, giving it an advantage over his opponents.
 
The race continues today with the bracelet on Day 7 always at 12h (local time). According to the plan of the conference organizers should logically from 78 to only 27 players remaining in the day.
 
The French are they still in contention for the semi-finals of the best tournament in the world?
